The idea is to operate and cooperate among a local body of believers in Christ in a community that can then use their time, skills, and resources to train pilots and mechanics for mission-focused aviation. The minimum number of adults required to charter is six. Evaluation of the charter is based on the statement of faith, skills, and a commitment to further advance mission aviation.
