Air Board Members

The Air Board is the RFC Board of Directors. The Air Board has all the rights, powers, privileges, and limitations of liability of directors of a non-profit corporation organized under the Non-Profit Corporation Act of Oklahoma. The Board establishes policies and directives governing the business and programs of the RFC and delegates to the RFC Commander (Executive Director) and RFC staff, subject to the provisions of these Bylaws, authority, and responsibility to see that the policies and directives are appropriately followed.
